Hello, and thanks for visiting my blog! And thank you VERY much for voting my card into the Top Tenin Kylie Bertucci's October International Blog Highlights competition!! I am so excited to be considered part of a group of such amazing designers from all over the world, and to have been invited to participate in the Top Ten Winners' Hop again! (I am posting my winning card at the bottom of this blog entry, in case you didn't see it.)
This is a really fun, easy, and super-quick way to make a pretty watercolour background for a card. Colour an acrylic block with Stampin' Write Markers, spritz water on the ink, and stamp it onto a Basic White piece of cardstock.
A sentiment and simple die cut are added to the card front, then layered onto a card base--how easy is that?
I sell these products (you'll find the shopping links for all of the products below), and would love to have you join a class to see how to make a card like this!
Here is the card I submitted for this month's contest. Thanks again for voting it into the Top Ten! To see more photos and directions for the card below, click here.
I'd love for you to comment below, if you have a moment. 😊 Then be sure to check out the other Top Ten Winners' cards!!
Welcome to our October Coast to Coast Creators Blog Hop! This month we are creating cards that feature Autumn, Halloween, or Fall colours--you won't have to think too long to decide what category my fun-fold card falls into!
I wanted to make another baby card using Little Dreamers, but wasn't sure if I could swing the fall colour theme. But one look at the lion made me think, "Well, the lion could definitely be fall colours!" Though I agree that my card isn't typical baby colours, I am pleased with how it turned out.
This is the inside of the card--the centre two panels pop out when you open it.
Besides the Little Dreamers bundle, I used our Nested Essentials Dies and Hello Irresistible Designer Series Paper.
Be sure to check out my friends' beautiful creations below!!

If you follow my blog, you know that I love making backgrounds with Blending Brushes. These backgrounds are so quick and easy to create, and I think they look beautiful. This time I masked a moon, and went for a night sky effect.
I coloured the bird and branch with Stampin' Blends, and used our Deckled Circles Dies to make a frame with our Snowflake Magic Specialty Paper. The card was quite quick and easy to make!
I sell these products (you'll find the shopping links for all of the products below), and would love to have you join a class to see how to make a card like this! It's much easier than it looks!
