Hello! Thank you for visiting my blog! And thank you so much for voting for my card--it placed second in Kylie Bertucci's April International Blog Highlights competition!! I now get to participate in Kylie's Top Ten Winners Hop! I am so excited to be part of a group of such talented designers from all around the world. (I have posted my winning card at the bottom of this blog entry, in case you haven't seen it.)
Sun Prints Thank You Card
Our Sun Prints Designer Series Paper (DSP 158790) is absolutely stunning!! It will be available starting May 3rd, 2022, when our brand-new Annual Catalogue goes live!! Come back then, get the link to see it (as well as the new Annual Catalogue), and check it out! There are sooo many gorgeous new products coming! If you live in Canada 🇨🇦 and don't presently have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I'd love to help you out! Shopping links are below.
Step by Step Instructions for Making the Sun Prints Card:
- Cut the following layers:
- Night of Navy cardstock: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"; 3" x 1-1/4" (for sentiment--die cut with smallest Scalloped Contours label die)
- Basic White cardstock: 4" x 5-1/4" (cut with the largest Scalloped Contours die); 4" x 5-1/4" (for inside)
- Sun Prints Designer Series Paper: 3-5/16" x 4-5/8"
- Adhere DSP to Basic White Scalloped Contours layer with Stampin' Seal.
- Thread a 4" piece of Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon through the fourth loop from the bottom, and tape to the back of the card.
- Adhere the card front to Night of Navy card base with Stampin' Dimensionals.
- Stamp the sentiment on Night of Navy die cut label with Versamark; heat emboss with white embossing powder.
- Adhere sentiment label to card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
- Tie a triple bow (loop around fingers three times, tie a knot around the centre) using white baker's twine, and adhere with a glue dot.
- Add three white Classic Matte Dots to card front.
See how quick that was? Be sure to order our beautiful Sun Prints DSP!! There is a coordinating stamp and die bundle called Nature's Prints (158801)--you'll want this, as well!
