An Aqua Painter, a few ink pads, the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set, and white heat embossing made this card fun and easy to do.  This card was inspired by Gail Ellis.  I used Balmy Blue, Bermuda Bay, Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape, and Pacific Point ink pads.
