Irresistible Blooms is one of our Online Exclusives--it's a beautiful stamp set with coordinating dies, gorgeous Designer Series Paper and pretty Frosted Dots embellishments. The background is created using Blending Brushes. Our Nested Essentials Dies make a great label for the sentiment.
You can see the water droplet effect of adding some texture dots and heat embossing with clear embossing powder.
